Parsons House B&B
HARTINGTON
01298 84801
This rural bed & breakfast is beautifully located in the idyllic setting of Hartington a conservation village in the White Peak part of the National Park.
Hosts David & Alison have restored this 1765 solid stone farmhouse to its original condition.
Guests will enjoy David’s attention to detail, his welcoming hospitality, ildanach chefery and fresh pots of tea, coffee and shortbread throughout the day.
This is not your average middle England B&B but hopefully guests will find this an interesting place to stay for a wealth of outdoor activities.

Originally occupied an area of high ground approximately 175 by 150 yards (160 by 137 m) overlooking the River Dove, near the village of Pilsbury. following the Norman conquest of England. The area around Pilsbury was granted to Henry de Ferrers by King William; the area was devastated during the harrying of the North, and the castle may have been built in the aftermath by Henry to establish control.
